Requirements
- Set in nature + away from cities
- Space that lends itself to collaboration
- At least 5 meeting rooms:
- One big room that can hold all participants
- Several smaller meeting rooms, at least some of those have screens
- A mix of single, double and multi-bed rooms for up to 50 people
- Accessible by wheelchair
Recommend low carbon ways of travel and offer tips of how to arrive.
Food is usually vegetarian if not all vegan when it is possible. Many participants at these retreats are vegan.
Dietary requirements are collected during registration and need to be discussed with the venue's kitchen.
